At Code Precast, we stock our 4’x5’ perforated seepage pits for your septic install needs. Our liners come with a concrete lid that has an embedded 4” SDR pipe, as well as Gr. 40 rebar. Our liners are rated for 4’ of max cover and are certified under IAPMO and ASTM. Our concrete performs at or above 4500psi.
